Exchange Policy
All promotional and pre-order merchandise is final sale. There is a 7-day exchange policy on all other items; we do not issue refunds as all bags are custom-made. Customer must inform Dareen Hakim Collection within 7 days of the date you received the bag(s) if it needs to be exchanged. We only accept unworn merchandise in perfect condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us by phone, or e-mail for exchanges.
